To cultivate talents for future society, Sayling Wen Cultural and Educational Foundation initiated WISE Program in 2011. Following up the effort, NXTFresh Program was launched in 2020, targeting youth from junior year in campus to graduates with not more than two-year work experience. The program combines online learning and offline courses, with the addition of mock interview and mentorship programs, aiming to cultivate youth employability and catalyze quality job opportunities.

NXTFresh Program is of great help to fresh graduates, especially in mindset building, career management, task planning, interpersonal relationship, and etc. I am truly grateful for the talent matchmaking opportunity and mentorship program, which helped me find my dream job and a great chance to learn from the senior staff.
One of the greatest achievement of this program is to build the right mindset before entering the career field, and to receive an internship opportunity to put what I learnt into practice. I highly recommend fresh graduates to join the program, benefiting from the online course, and be more adequate and confident when dealing with career challenges and difficulties.
As a student of education major, I was quite concerned when I decided not to pursue a career in teaching. The program helped to fill the gap between what we learnt from school and what the actual situation in career field is through comprehensive and diversified online courses. I also benefited a lot from the offline activities and mentoring session. I became more and more aware of my strengths and weaknesses during mock interviews and PPSS assessment, which built my confidence to face more challenges in the future!
While I just graduated from university for 2 years and the moment I heard about the program, I seized the opportunity to advance my soft skills. I learnt a lot from the pre-course on platform, which saved me much time than exploring by myself in the actual job. I am especially grateful to the interview skills training, which landed me a great offer. Really appreciate the opportunity to provide mock interview. It is also a good chance to hone yourself even for those who are not in immediate need to find jobs.
I felt quite lost about the future after getting my postgraduate degree. I joined the program by chance, hoping to find a job by the talent matchmaking. Thanks to the dedicated arrangement of the foundation, I could apply what I learnt in practice without being a green hand, and the skills I learned can be of use for a lifetime, such as workplace etiquette, efficient email communication, project management, logical and structural thinking. All these have improved my professional skills and employability. The mentors also shared many useful advice and experience with me.
