All trainees are eligible to join the FIT + HUG Career Core-Value Course to advance career competitiveness. Certified trainees can apply overseas digital course to realize self-growth.

4C Career Power Course

4C Career Power Course are open upon registration, including workplace etiquette, effective communication, professional email writing and agile work management. All recruited trainees can access the full set of 4C online course.

Elite Lectures

For better career performance, the foundation has invited leaders from various industries as keynote speakers, to share valuable subjects and industrial trends. Combining with distinct seasoned perspective and experience, trainees can learn corporate operation and leadership management in real-life cases.

C. Offline Course

The program is customized to the needs of the trainees, which combines 4C online course with a two-day offline training. The offline course is comprised of team building activities, mock-up interviews, and 4C practical training. A slew of diversified learning activities and online community discussion facilitates communication between trainees from diversified background.

D. Mock Interview

Invite professional HR trainers to imitate real-life interview scenarios and give direct feedback. The trainees will be guided to showcase their strengths and get the key to interviews. The trainers will also give advice on resume writing and refinement, to prepare the trainees for the talent matchmaking. PPSS evaluation help trainees to find out work personality and future career path.

E. Mentorship Program

Invite professionals of diversified fields to share industry insights and career experience. Every trainee have a chance to talk with two mentors to learn about their career choices, career experience and how to break the career bottleneck.

All trainees will be awarded a certificate of completion once complete the program.

講師依照內容順序提點到不少撰寫履歷上要注意的要點以及公司人資在看履歷時會注意到的地方，尤其是以履歷健檢的例子來說明大家常會疏忽的小細節，這點非常實用！講師和同學互動的方式也很有親切感，是節奏明快有趣的一堂課。

直播課程令我印象深刻的內容為：「將自己的家庭觀與工作及個人價值觀做連結」，起初認為面試時僅需針對個人的知識、技能以及態度做準備，忽略了家庭背景對個人的影響力，深深思考自己從家庭中建立的個人特質或是價值觀，期待將所學內容思考內化。

整個計畫是相當繁雜且耗時耗心力耗資源的，有這樣一群人認為投注成本對社會有所助益，並且用心經營，讓我覺得出社會可以是很熱情、很有溫度的。課程直播結束後看到工作人員一一出現在畫面，希望能衷心向您們傳達我的感受和感謝，謝謝您們的耕耘和付出，讓我有學習的機會。

課程讓我重新思考求職信、履歷和自傳的安排，特別是求職熱誠、未來期許和企業如何看履歷。希望可以透過這樣一步一步地反思和修改，找到適合自己的工作。

透過今天的課程，讓我更清楚的了解如何具體將自己的學經歷寫成履歷的亮點，並用數據的方式呈現差異性。從企業角度來看履歷自傳也是很重要的觀點，我們常常會覺得只要把自己的所學與過往經驗都寫下來就好，卻也忽略到底什麼才是企業所需的能力與人格特質，在撰寫履歷自傳的時候，內容都應該要與應徵的職位環環相扣，讓企業看見我們對職務的熱誠。

學長姐評論-線上課程

職場禮儀的認知，是停留在「不論在任何場合中，務必禮貌至上、請字謝字掛嘴邊」，但在課後更能了解其中的細節與奧妙之處。例如換位思考假設我是客人，我會想得到某客服最好的服務，就可對照到老師所提及的用心、細心、耐心、同理心、愛心所構成的「五心級服務」。在課程中老師講解關於電話禮儀、書信／e-mail 禮儀、商務禮儀、交通工具安排禮儀、上下樓梯禮儀、搭乘電梯禮儀、行進間禮儀等多項禮儀，頓時發現原來職場禮儀是如此深奧，也大開了自己的眼界，徹底了解在各種場合中所需注意的事項。

職場溝通表達課程中，我認為最核心的重點是：「邏輯結構化」。在說話的過程中若缺乏邏輯，很容易讓聽眾產生混淆及誤解，也無法有效率地傳達自己的想法。老師提到不同類型的聽眾所偏好的說話類型會有所不同，我希望自己在聽完老師的介紹後，能在日後做簡報時，除了將焦點放在簡報內容上，也能更加留意台下聽眾的喜好，以展現具吸引人的報告內容。而在學習完此課程後，期待增加自己在簡報時的自信等相關內容，以在將來進入職場時能發揮。

撰寫職場email真是一門學問，要如何完整地表達出自己的意思、要如何去蕪存菁地傳達重點，每封信需簡潔有力同時也不失禮貌，這些都是需要經過長期琢磨進而培養出來的能力。透過自己學習是零散的，透過此門課程學習是很系統化的，老師歸納出了所有重點，替學生省了很多時間，我自己也邊聽邊做筆記，原來光是要寫出一封短短不到100字的信，需要學習麼多的小技巧，這門課真的讓我獲益匪淺。

參加即戰力計畫讓我提升最多的是心態，以線上學習平台作為教材不只是學生自律的展現，我們也透過每次直播課程與老師的互動，強化在影片中學習到的職場素養及相關知識，提早培養真實職場上所需的技巧，如：會議記錄、簡報能力、職場禮儀等等，不只是為自己先打了安心的預防針，也有確實接觸到該技巧的基礎面。

敏捷管理課程中，老師開始先講解計畫式管理V.S敏捷式的管理，敏捷式的管理確實較符合現在的市場需求，資訊繁多的世代，會因某些原因而造成原有的計畫改變，但是如果使用敏捷式管理的方法，透過專案不斷的分成細項，可以讓工作的過程當中不斷的調整，也能讓計畫能夠迭式進化，有效的應付突發的狀況。課程提到時間管理的重要性，在進入職場之後，有效的時間能夠將工作進度，必須管理自身的時間安排，劃分工作事項的緊急性與重要性，也是我們面臨職場課題。

實體課程對我來說十分珍貴，有三大理由：1. 先前課程重點複習；2. 釐清更多細節，也讓我思考其他同學的想法；3. PPSS測評也讓我了解個人特質與較相符的職涯方向，讓我對於未來有較清晰的目標。

實體課程有許多互動的機會，尤其團隊合作的活動，真實呈現出溝通會遇到的困難。讓我了解，在接下任務前要先理解目的，才能進入進而聚焦分析出結果。而溝通課程也實際讓我們分組演練，讓自己理解應用不同溝通模式面對不同性格的主管或同事。另外，結訓後基金會還特別安排了海外課程的學習資源，課程很特別，透過"互動"過程，來呈現每個決策下的結果，選到對或錯的選項都有相對應的對話產生，即可知道實務上要如何順利推動任務的執行。

透過實體課程，讓我了解自己的人格特質、如何與人應對，也建立起信心，知道自己能作的貢獻。也透過實際和組員們的互動遊戲，更明白如何和不同背景及個性的人溝通。夥伴們來自各科系及各領域，能與眾多優秀的人才相遇、交流與成長，真是難能可貴的機緣。

TalentNXT職場即戰力人才培育計畫4C課程的規劃十分完整，擁有良好回饋管道及內容安排。在課程中可以學習到職場應具備的溝通技巧、邏輯思考、以及任務規劃等內容。最特別的是與職場主管、導師有雙向溝通機會，這是一般線上課程較難體驗的收穫。很感謝基金會這段時間的幫助，因為基金會真的付出很多人力與資源在同學身上，而且不收分文。一般外面的機構，很少有這麼大的意願去免費培養同學的，很推薦未來同學們可以一起來參與。

從早上的職場任務、到下午的團隊合作課程、溝通術，覺得收穫滿滿，不是只是觀看課程的感覺，而是團體一起討論！團隊合作活動演練，大家都很積極地分享自己的資訊、也有人在記錄、整理資訊內容，職場有效溝通術的課程，講師向我們說明與不同類型的人溝通時可以注意的重點，以及模擬老闆和員工的溝通練習，最後很感謝講師在下課後，非常認真、用心地回答了很多職場、職涯選擇的疑問和建議，提供資源讓我們有學習的機會。

在履歷面試課程中，為了讓大家都有發言機會，採少數人來作互動回饋，老師會針對大家的履歷下去給建議；指導面試部分，會讓大家輪流提問，解開每個人不同的疑惑。最後，到不同企業面試，可以累積面試經驗，一次又一次可以消除自己的緊張感，同時也會越講越順，對未來真正在面試正職工作，相當有幫助。

老師針對不同的職位都能提供不同的問題，而且針對回答都有很精闢的建議，像我一開始的回答比較沒有系統，老師就很快地給予回饋，說明怎樣比較好，用條列式的方法並且引導面試官朝你想問的問題邁進，整體下來學到很多東西，很快地知道自己在面試方面有哪些不足，也更知道該如何改進，謝謝老師的指導。

透過了解老師的講解，提到要將104職缺所需能力做連結，並且解釋和說服面試官，如何證明自己的優勢，更快的將重點及內容傳遞給面試官，連結過去學校及工作經驗，設法在面試中充分精準表達，我也從其他同學那學習到對於職缺上不同的見解及認識，每個人都非常棒非常努力，為了實現自己的目標努力，真的感謝老師跟基金會。

透過模擬面試讓我有機會了解到自己在面試過程中的盲點，在過去的面試裡並不會有人願意去告訴我：應該怎麼回答比較好、回答時的比例分配又該如何等等，真的很感謝老師願意分享面試的訣竅，也針對個人的回答分別給予不同的參考建議，真的非常實用！有一種恍然大悟的感覺！

感謝老師於模擬面試的指導，整理了三個模擬面試學到的重點：一、在團體面試時，建議爭取第1、2題的搶答機會，表現出積極求職的一面；二、自我介紹時，善用KSA原則（Knowledge、Skill、Attitude or Ability）；三、對於自己所要表達的事情，需要再更有條理，說的時候表達清楚，讓聽的人明白。

學長姐評論-導師計畫

以往我需要透過獨處和思考，讓自己適度充電，透過每次導師的聚會都總能夠讓我能量滿滿，對內向者而言有質量的談話，是可以獲取能量的。除了導師以外，我還認識其他不同領域努力的學員，每次聚會過程，都覺得很快樂。

老師真的是太用心了，一個個詳盡解答每一個同學的疑惑！還帶領我們參觀公司的文化和環境。身為新鮮人的我們像一張白紙，接受業界的指教才知道所學要能用並不簡單，身為南部的孩子東部的學校，視野真的太窄太淺，我很開心也很慶幸，自己有這樣的珍貴機會參與職場即戰力計畫，了解業界的需求和自己的差距，才知道要補強的方向，真的感謝基金會和業師，善知識開的一扇窗，能改變學子人生的軌跡。

老師給予的豐富專業經驗，無論是面試或是職場技能都非常受用，完全是在學校學不到的內容，謝謝老師假日特地花時間與我們長談，從老師的對談，可以了解老師對於人才發展的重視以及不斷自我學習，不管到哪個階段都必須持續學習，且能夠自我輸出來訓練思考內化的能力，獲取到可能若無人點醒，自己是無法察覺問題的寶貴分享！

與導師聚會中，同學將遇到的困難或想詢問的問題向導師後，導師便分享了很多她自身過去的類似經驗，並循序漸進的要我們找出所觀察到的，從中思考，不僅利用觀察力、思考力，連帶積極善用外部資源，讓困難點漸漸明朗，讓自己不再只是當初那個接收資訊的學生，而是得以藉由練習思考並實行的有滿滿挑戰與希望的人！

在我們這群學生分享最近工作上的問題當中，導師總是耐心聽完且點出問題所在，突破盲點，給予我們最實在的建議。最讓我印象深刻的是，導師分享他的人生職場經驗，漸漸地讓我明白：不需要太過焦慮，首先要做的是深深思考自己到底想要甚麼，即使不知道要甚麼，也能透過嘗試，去知道自己不要甚麼。

The trainer went through all the key points in resume writing and key indicators which HR would notice, taking the resume as physical check-up to showcase the details that we tend to neglect. It was really useful! The interaction section was also lively and fun!

The most impressive content of the live webinar is the part of talking about how to connect family value and work value with your personal value. At first, I thought job interview is all about knowledge, skillset and work attitude, missing out the impact that family background has on oneself. After the course, I took a thorough thinking of my personal value built from my family, trying to internalize what I learnt from the course.

The program was very comprehensive, well organized, and resourceful. I can tell that the trainers truly believe the cause to invest in future talents and their dedicated efforts would bring positive results to the society. The program made me feel warmth and confidence entering the career field. Seeing all the staff who worked behind the scenes showing up after the live webinar, I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to their hard work and to this valuable opportunity.

The course gave me a second thought on job application, resume and autobiography writing, especially on my sincerity to the position, my expectation of the job as well as what an enterprise values in a resume. I aspire to find my fitting position after this rethinking process and the refinement of my resume.

I have learnt how to turn my education and experience into the highlights of my resume and showcase my advantages by data throughout the course. The bio is also an important element from HR’s perspective. We used to list all of the experience as long as we can but missing out on what the company truly wants. Therefore, we should match our resume and bio to what the company is looking for, which reveals our ability and our passion to the exact position.

Senior Comment-Online Course

My understanding of workplace etiquette still stays at “being polite all the time under any circumstance”. But after the course, I fully understand the details and logic of it. For example, I learn to think from the customer’s perspective that what kind of service I would like to get, thus gaining a deeper understanding of the “5 heart service” - attention, detail-oriented, patience, empathy and care. During the course, the trainer fully elaborated the workplace etiquette as in phone call etiquette, mail/email etiquette, business etiquette, transportation etiquette, etiquette on the stairs, in the elevators and while walking. I then realized how deep and thorough it is, which broadened my horizon.

The key takeaway of the communication course to me is structuring the logic. Lacking logic in your speech can easily lose your audience and create misunderstanding, and your points can’t be conveyed effectively. The trainer mentioned that different audience prefers different speech style. In my future briefing, I hope to focus not only on the content, but also the preference of my audience, to showcase more attractive delivery. By this course, I hope to be more confident in my briefing skills and play it well in future work.

Writing professional email is a skill and an ability, which takes long term practice to convey your true meaning, deliver key points without fuss, being sharp and polite at the same time. My previous experience of writing professional emails is all scattered, but with this course, I have learnt all the key points from systematic approach summarized by the trainer, which saved me a lot of time. I was taking notes during the course, only to find out that it is never easy to write an email even less than 100 words. I truly benefit a lot.

What I changed the most through the course is my mindset. Taking online learning course is not just a presentation of self-discipline. We also need to internalize all the key points learnt from the videos and through discussions with live-streaming trainers. The course equipped us with practical skills, such as taking meeting minutes, making briefing, and keeping workplace etiquette. The course well prepared me for my future job and helped lay the foundation of the skills for me.

In the agile work management course, the trainer compared the difference between scheduled management and agile management, and point out that agile management style is more suitable to market needs. In the age of information, schedule gets changed easily and quickly, but with agile management skills, a project can be divided into moving pieces that are easy to adjust and more flexible in case of emergency. Time management is also crucial to efficient working style and project management. Managing personal time schedule and prioritizing work items are heavy career topics that we have to face.

I really value the offline course for three reasons: 1. A review session of the previous course; 2. A more detailed go-through and access to different views from my fellow trainees; 3. PPSS evaluation helped me to learn more about myself, my future career path and a clearer career goal.

During the offline course, interactive session was weaved in the activities, especially in team building, which highly exposed the difficulty of communication. I learnt to clarify the target before heading into the task. With a clear target, it would be easier to engage, analyze and get the result. We were separated into groups in communication exercises so that we could apply different approach on different supervisors or colleagues. In addition, the foundation provided overseas learning resources after the program. The lively discussion presented various results from different decisions, and different dialogue generated different choices. We had a good practice in project management.

I had a deeper understanding of myself, such as my personality and my reaction to different situations through the offline course. My confidence was built, and I became well aware of my contribution to a team. I have learnt more about how to communicate with different team members from various background. It was a great opportunity to make acquaintance, communicate and learn from my fellow trainees from various disciplines and different industries.

I was very impressed by the overall program planning, course content design and feedback channel. I learnt essential career skills such as communication, logical thinking, and project management. The most special element of the program is the double-way communication with seniors from enterprises and mentors, which was not commonly found from other online programs. I really appreciated all the help, efforts, and resources that the foundation devoted to all the trainees. I highly recommend this program to all graduates.

I learned a lot from the career Taskforce in the morning and the team-building as well as the communication course in the afternoon. The group discussion was definitely the highlight! Everyone was actively sharing their information and making notes after team-building session. In effective communication course, the trainer illustrated all the key points in details when communicating with different types of people and provided role-play opportunities to put theory into practice. The trainer also answered questions and gave advice of career planning after class. Really appreciated it.

Senior Comments-Mock Interview

Resume writing and mock interview gave everyone a chance to be advised and commented. During the interview session, we got to ask questions in turns, so that all our concerns were addressed. The mock interview session helped us to accumulate interview experience and relieve our stress after practice. It is really helpful when we face real interviews in the future.

The interview questions were well targeted at different positions, and we were given very sharp and structural advice based on our answers. Take myself as an example, the trainer gave a direct feedback to me that my answers were not systematic at first. To guide the interviewer to ask the questions you were ready to answer, you need to answer in an itemized way. I learnt my weakness in the interview quickly and moreover I learnt how to turn it to my strength. Thanks for all the guidance!

I now know the importance of making connection between a vacancy and the ability it requires from the course. I need to show my strength to the interviewer in a faster and direct approach. Leveraging my previous educational background and work experience, I need to be more precise in my answers. I also benefited from different views of my fellow trainees on different positions. I am very proud of all the trainees who worked hard towards our goals. A big thank-you to all the trainers and the foundation.

The mock interview course revealed my blind spot during my previous interview experience. I now know how to answer questions properly and how to structure an answer. I really appreciate the interview skills sharing and candid advice given to different trainees. They are very useful and enlightening!

I summarized three key points I learnt in the interview course: 1. Act proactively in the group interview by being the first or second to answer the questions; 2. Apply KSA (knowledge, skill, attitude or ability) principle in self-introduction. 3. Being more organized and clearer in answering, making myself understandable to the interviewer.

I used to get recharged by staying alone and think by myself. But I felt so energetic after meeting with the mentor. Now I know that conversation can be equivalently powerful for introverts like me. I get to know other trainees from the mentoring session too, which made the gathering full of joy every time.

Our mentor is so patient to answer every one of our questions and concerns! We were also given a tour of the company culture and the working environment. As a fresh graduate, we are like blank papers. From the mentoring session, we know that it is not easy to put what we learn into practice. I didn’t have the privilege to learn about the outside world and cultivate such broad view from my background growing up in the south. I am deeply grateful of this opportunity for being a part of the program and learning the gap between the enterprise need and where I am. I am fully aware of my direction now. Really appreciate the foundation and my mentors for opening a window in my life, which changes my life track.

My mentor shared very practical experience of interview and career skills, which we never learn from school. She spent really long time talking to us during her holiday. We can easily tell her focus on talent development and self-growth. We should make learning a habit at any stage of our life and train ourselves the ability of independent thinking. I would never notice this if it weren’t for the mentor’s sharing!

We raised many questions we encountered during work in the gathering with our mentor. She shared her similar career experience and guided us to analyze what we have observed step by step. By constantly re-evaluating our observation, thinking deeply and leveraging external resources, our difficulties became more and more clear. We are no long students who only receive information. We are transforming into practitioners who are full of hope in face of challenges!

Our mentors were very patient listening to all the difficulties we encountered in recent work, and then sharply spotted the pain points and gave us advice. I am very impressed by mentors’ sharing that there is no need to be overly anxious. What we need to do is to find out what we truly want. It’s ok not to know what we want, but we can figure out what we don’t want when trying different things.
